  • 5 Elgamra ready-made crêpes
  • 2 cans of natural tuna (about 280 g drained)
  • 100 g grated cheese (Emmental, Gruyère, or Cheddar)
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Capers (optional)

Preparation Steps

  1. 👩‍🍳 Preparation of the filling:
    • In a bowl, flake the drained tuna.
    • Add the grated cheese and capers, if desired.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Mix well until the filling is uniform.
  2. 🔥 Assembling the crêpes – oven method:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • Place a crêpe on your work surface. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling in the center, then fold the crêpe following the illustrated folding method.
    • Butter an oven-safe baking dish.
    • Arrange the stuffed crêpes in the dish.
    • If desired, sprinkle a little grated cheese on top for a gratinéed finish.
    • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns slightly golden.
  3. 🍳 Assembling the crêpes – pan method:
    • Place a crêpe on your work surface. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling in the center, then fold the crêpe following the illustrated folding method.
    • Butter a skillet and heat it over medium heat.
    • Place the stuffed crêpe in the skillet. Flip it to the other side after 1 minute.
    • Let cook for another minute, then remove it from the pan.
    • Optionally, sprinkle some grated cheese on top for extra flavor.
