Recommended Product
Preparation Steps
- Finely chop the shrimp using a knife.
- Season them and mix with the crushed garlic, harissa, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the starch and mix well until it becomes a paste.
- Lightly grease your hands with oil so the dough doesn’t stick. Take a small amount of the mixture, place a little cheese in the center, and shape it into a small ball.
- Dip the ball in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it in the El Gamra Kunafa.
- Heat the oil and fry the balls until they become golden and crispy on the outside.
- Remove them and place them on absorbent paper to soak up the excess oil.
Chef’s advice
Dry the shrimp well before mixing them to prevent the stuffing from being too wet
