Created in 1980, the Society EL GAMRA was specialized in the manufacturing and the marketing of the sheets of Tunisian BRIK and its by-products (a thin film of wheat flour, well known also as MALSOUKA, a basic component of many sweet and salty meals).

Leader on the Tunisian market, it opened the borders of international markets according to the quality of its products, the diversity of its range and especially in favour of its reactivity and flexibility towards its environment.
