For 4 persons- preparations: 10 min + cooking 10 min

4 EL Gamra briks leaves- 900 "golden" apples- 80g of butter- dairy caramel- 200g of sugar- 10 CL of water- 30 CL of liquid cream.

Pre -heat the oven at 200 degrees. Peel the apples into cubes . Protect from thorns and cut them into cubes. Cook them in a frying pan for 3 minutes with butter. Distribute them in the center of each El Gamra 's briks leaves. Fold back into a purse shape and attach them with a string. Cook for 7 or 8 min in oven.
Pour the sugar and water in a sauce pan. Cook the mixture for 8 to 10 min till you obtain a chestnut -like color of caramel. Pour the liquid cream and put all together to oven. Switch off the fire .Serve caramel around each chain- purse.

Advise: chain -purses could be alike stringed with some vanilla and cut into straps.
When Cooking caramel with the liquid cream ,mind splashes due to the thermal chock.
