LUKEWARM PASTILLA WITH HAM FIGS

For 6-8 persons

Ingredients
6 leaves of briks -60g of butter- 700g of figs- 200g of raw ham-a lemon not treated-1 heaped coffee spoon of cinnamon-pepper.

Melt the butter under soft fire and withdraw it from fire, cut the remaining tails from figs and cut them into slices of a 5 mm thickness. Add a zest of lemon and hack it finely. Hack rudely jam with a knife.

In a tart mould with a diameter slightly inferior to that of a brik leave, set down in the bottom a brick leave, smear it with a melted butter through a paint -brush. Smear alike the other leaves. Set one of it to horse on the edge of the mould by making it exceeding two thirds from the outside. Decorate the whole with slices of figs ,cinnamon and lemon zest. Allot ham over the surface. Recover with the remaining figs, cinnamon and lemon pepper. Close up leaves over figs and place over the last leave by pushing down the periphery all along the inner surface of the mould ,in the same way you tuck in the bed .

Pre - heat the oven at 250 degrees. Put into oven the pastilla for 10 min ,just the time to take a nice golden color.
