2 boiled potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 can tuna, drained
6 portions cream cheese
Salt and black pepper
Chopped parsley
1 beaten egg

Preparation Steps
1-Mash the potatoes and mix them with tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
2-Cut the pastry sheets into strips and place a spoonful of filling at one end.
3-Fold into triangles.
4-Dip each triangle in beaten egg and coat generously with kunefa.
5-Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
Chef’s advice
Chill the coated triangles for 15 minutes before frying to help the kunafa adhere better and achieve extra crunchiness.
